Ages 7-12. Children attend classes multiple days a week. Basics of technique are expanded while artistry is continued to be developed. Beginning Pointe for girls is added at the Ballet IV level. Many children have the opportunity to become Trainees and Apprentices with Champaign Urbana Ballet. Trainees and Apprentices are mentored by older dancers forming nurturing relationships during their formative years within the Company.
